Construction Cost
As at October 2022, the cost of construction for this A Frame house is approximately 3 million. We use the construction cost handbook to estimate the cost of construction. This is a handbook that is provided and updated every year by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya.
This is a good rate to have in mind but always remember there are a lot of factors that affect the cost of construction in different parts of the country.

Hello. How much for the plan and construction details? And also is A-frame suitable for hot wet climates like for instance Busia County? And can a third bedroom be created next to the second bedroom?

we can definitely add another bedroom next to the second bedroom without any issue. An A Frame design can work well in any environment – even a hot and wet place. You just need to observe the usual rules of construction for your climatic condition like proper ventilation, positioning the house properly in terms of sun movement etc. If this is well done, you are good to go.
