This home design features a side entrance porch and a small entrance lobby. These 2 spaces are great to help you filter in who get into your personal space. You can deal with visitors without giving them access to your home.
On one side of the entrance lobby you have a spacious lounge. You have a door leading from the lounge into the covered side porch – a great outdoor space that extends your lounge to the outside.
On the other side of the lounge, you have the kitchen seated side by side with the dining area. The kitchen is spacious with a kitchen island and a walk in pantry. A door takes you from the kitchen to the side kitchen yard. This is a good space for your dhobi area.
The shared cloak room is located right next to lounge, very accessible for your visitors.
The master bedroom is nice and spacious, with its own private bathroom. A door takes you from the master bedroom to the side terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors.
You have 3 other bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Each bedroom is spacious enough for 2 occupants.
All the bedrooms are therefore en suite but for who prefers to have some bedrooms sharing a bathroom, this is easy to customize.

The plinth dimension is of the house itself, does not include the side terrace. All our house plans are customizable to fit the needs of the client. Once you purchase the house plan, it can be adjust should you feel you need the lounge bigger or smaller.
