Construction Cost
Currently, we are using a standard construction rate of 36,000 shillings per square meter. We derive this from the latest building construction cost hand book published by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors. You need just a little over 5M to put up this house using this rate.

Can an 1/8 fit 3 instead of 2 houses?
Hi Asah,
Technically, you can fit 3 houses on an 1/8th acre but you will be left with very little circulation space. You will also probably face a lot of challenges getting approvals because of the congestion.
