I love this design and the rest you have here. I quite like this Kerara Deluxe design but would rather have an extra ensuite bedroom / guest room where the garage is.
Kindly advise costs and if the design can be scaled to sit on a 1/8 in Kitengela and have room in the compound.

As it is, this house plan is big with a total size of 320m2. The standard cost of building currently is between KES 25,000 – KES 35,000 per square meter, according to the latest published rated from the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya, depending on finishes and location of the project.
You need a budget of between 8M-11.2M estimated. Of course there are many other ways that you can use to manage your costs and spend less while retaining the quality of the build. Don’t forget to factor in the cost of professional services as well as approvals.

It’s a nice design. I wish to have one like this on an eighth acre in Mai mahiu. Some adjustments to remove the garage completely.
