The entrance porch brings you into the inside of the 3 bedroom home design. On one side you have an extra spacious lounge. Mark the word spacious.

On the other side, you have the spacious dining room flowing into the kitchen in an open plan set up. The kitchen has a spacious pantry.

Towards the back, you have the visitor’s cloak room and the staircase.

You have 2 spacious bedrooms at he back. Each bedroom has its own private bedroom. These bedrooms can be accessed from within the house or from the outside.

On the top floor we have an extra spacious master bedroom. This is the only room upstairs, giving the master bedroom great privacy.

Land Requirements for the Cedar 3 Bedroom House Plan

The total area of this exquisite house plan is a total of 177M². The top floor has a total of 132M² and the ground floor has a total of 45M²

This version has only 3 bedrooms but the total amount of space provided allows it to easily convert into a 4 bedroom.

The plinth dimension of the house is 10.4M by 14.3M. With that dimension, this plan is suitable for a 40*80.

Construction Cost

The cost of construction for this 3 bedroom house plan in Kenya is approximately 6.4 million. We use the construction cost hand book to estimate the cost of construction. This is a handbook that is provided and updated every year by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya.
