The total size of the house plan design is 248M², offering a ground floor area of 187M² and an additional 16M² of covered terrace. The upper is 61M² with a 2M² balcony.

The overall plinth dimension is 17.5 meters by 16.5 meters. This home design is perfectly suited to fit on a quarter acre of an acre piece of land.

Construction Cost

As at April 2022 , the cost of construction for this house in Kenya is approximately 10M. We use the construction cost hand book to estimate the cost of construction. This is a handbook that is provided and updated every year by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya.

This is a good rate to have in mind but always remember there are a lot of factors that affect the cost of construction in different parts of the country.

Hi David.
Seems like the car park is at the rear of the house. Is that so?
Secondly, the location of the guest cloakroom doesn’t look good. Will gusts be going through the kitchen to access it?

Kindly advise if there is a modification.
