How much would this cost, without the SQ and the study to build?

Thank you for getting in touch with us and your interest in the Ande Deluxe 4 bedroom house plan. As it is, the house plans is 163m2. The SQ and the study do not occupy a lot of space, however, eliminating them would bring the house plan to about 155m2.
The standard cost of building currently is between KES 25,000 – KES 35,000 per square meter. This is the rate given by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya. The cost of construction for this house plan would cost between KES. 3.875M – KES. 5.425M. The rate varies depending on the finishes that you choose to use, the location of your project and a few other factors.
