This modern flat roof house features traditional building stone mixed with contemporary glazed glass. The traditional stone is easy to maintain while the large glazed windows offer great views.

The upper level has a raised deck in addition to the balconies. The deck provides usable space that can be used for outdoor siting as a hang-out area.

Similar to the other house plans in this series, this plan can be built in phases, first floor being phase 1 and the upper floor being phase 2. You can also choose to have your master bedroom on the lower level or the upper level once construction is complete.
