This particular house plan is 254m2 as it is. The standard cost of building currently is between KES 25,000 – KES 35,000 per square meter. The cost of construction for this house plan using the standard stone and cement approach would cost between KES. 6.45M – KES. 8.9M. The rate varies depending on the finishes that you choose to use.
