We start off at the semi covered car port. You have an entrance porch that leads you into the entrance porch of the house.

The shared half bathroom is tucked away at the lobby, giving is great accessibility with maximum privacy. At the lobby, we also have a spiral staircase and an en-suite guest bedroom on one side.

A spacious lounge and dining area is on the other side of the lobby. You have a nice and spacious kitchen, complete with a pantry and a laundry room on the other side.
