Hello,

I would like to know the 2025 approximate costs of construction of residential buildings in Kenya at the moment? Do you have an estimate figure for per metre square?

Also am considering doing a diploma in interior design. What are the job prospects and salary for a career in interior design in Kenya ?

  The cost of construction per square meter depends on what you are building. The best option is to get the Construction Cost Handbook from Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya. This will be a great guide for all types of buildings in Kenya.
  
  As for how much Interior Designers are paid, I am unable to help in that regard.
