The 4 bedroom house plan has a lovely entrance hall where you also have a shared half bathroom well tucked away, while still remaining easily accessible.

From the entrance hall, a passage way cut the downstairs space diagonally. On one side you have a spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen. The unique shape of the lounge gives you a lot of room and options for your furniture arrangement. On the other side, you have your staircase, a store and an en-suite guest room at the back.
