This house plan features an end-to-end front patio. This patio is fully covered and provides an outdoor sitting area overlooking the front of the house.

The patio forms an entrance porch that takes you to the inside of the house. Inside, you have a spacious lounge and the dining area in an open plan set up, giving an easy flow of moment.

To one side of the lounge, you have the master bedroom. Having the isolated on one side gives it good privacy. The master bedroom is spacious with a master bathroom and a walk-in closet.
