The Jawabu house plan has a covered semi enclosed entrance porch that brings you into the entrance lobby. These 2 spaces are great to help you filter your guest. The entrance lobby filters perfectly into the various rooms downstairs.
Right ahead, you have a beautiful and extra spacious living room complete with a fire place. To the right, you have a family room, equally as spacious. From the family room a have your spacious dining room. You have a nice and intimate breakfast nook that perfectly separated the family room and dining room from the kitchen. The breakfast nook is perfect for informal meals and hang out.
The extra spacious kitchen comes decked with more that enough counter spaces and storage spaces. It also has a walk-in pantry as well as a fully loaded laundry room. From the kitchen a door leads you to the kitchen yard.
